Sicong Wang

Founding Partner

Sicong founded Prometheus Capital in 2012. He is an influential investor with a
series of successful track records in TMT, consumer, gaming, and the entertainment
sectors. He has over 45 million social network followers and brings impactful
marketing solutions to start-up companies. He is well recognized and respected
among the millennial entrepreneurs.

Sicong also founded professional gaming (eSports) team Invictus Gaming (IG) in
2011. IG won the International Dota 2 Championship in 2012 and League of
Legends World Championship in 2018. In 2015, he launched Panda TV and later
also founded the music management company Banana Culture. He was in charge
of construction of the Reign seven-star hotel in Shanghai opened in June 2016.
The hotel was designed by British architect Norman Foster.

Feng Du

Founding Partner

Du is experienced in retail, consumer, and education investment sectors with strong
network connections. He has won Prometheus a great many market leading
deal allocations in the past, and has done several strategic investments with
internet conglomerates.

As co-founder of Prometheus Capital, Du is in charge of daily operation of the
fund. He has built a strong network and reputation in the consumer and technology
market as well as among founders of well-known VC and strategic investors.

Prior to Prometheus Capital, he was in the real estate business, then as an
independent equity investor. His deal experience include Hannashan, Kr Space,
ucommune, iDreamSky, GOLDEN, Xinghan Technology, Frogs Intelligent among
others.

Simon He

Chief Operating Officer

Simon is well connected in technology, education and retail industries. He has over
18 years of experience in accounting, financial services and PE investment. His deal
experience include urovo (300531.SZ), Amethystum Storage (688086.SH), Dexter
(206560.KOSDAQ), Forgame (0484.HK), Dining Concepts (8056.HK), Meituan
Dianping (03690.HK), WANYOO, Fun Factory, Palantir, Gusto, Magic Leap, 17 Media,
Quanergy and many others.

In addition to making financial and strategic investments, he also provides value-add
services such as M&A advisories and operational advices to the portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Prometheus Capital, Simon held senior positions at Vertex Venture
Holdings, Prax Capital, the Development Principles Group and Ernst & Young. He
received his Master's Degree in accounting and finance from University of Leeds,
and Bachelor's Degree from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.

Katherine Jin

Managing Director

Katherine has worked on Wall Street and has over 14 years of strong global
investment experience in the US, Europe, and Asia. She focuses primarily on internet,
technology, consumer and fintech sector investments.

Prior to joining Prometheus Capital, she held senior investment positions at Pagoda
Investment, Barclays Capital, and Patriarch Partners. Her deal experience includes
Himalaya, Meituan Dianping, JD Finance, Poizon, LELECHA, Dolphin Family, and
Vitavp, among various other market leading deals.

Katherine holds a Master of Science Degree in Financial Engineering from Columbia
University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with double majors in Physics and
Architecture Design from Knox College.

Steven Li

Executive Director

Steven is in charge of post investment management as well as early stage deal
sourcing. He also coordinates and invests in strategic deals at Prometheus Capital.

Prior to Prometheus Capital, he acted as COO of his family business in consumer
and finance industry where he accumulated extensive hands-on operational and
management experiences. His deal experience include Zoolung, Sinostage, Chicken
inside Coconut among others.

Steven holds a Bachelor Degree of Economics and Mathematics from University of
Bristol in U.K.

Tao Yang

Executive Director

Tao has over 11 years of working experience in financial investment and 3 years
of experience in auditing. He focuses on high-end manufacturing, technology,
consumer and TMT sector investments.

His deal experience includes Wangbian Electric, Palmstar Game, Feiyue Mold,
Wuxi Lead, Golden Lighting, Hannashan Group, ARRAIL, yokid, renrenche among
others. Tao is also in charge of the set-up and fund-raising of Prometheus' RMB
fund.

Prior to joining Prometheus Capital, he worked at Beijing Galaxy Venture Capital
and Deloitte. Tao received his Master's Degree in Economics from Renmin
University of China and Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Nanjing University
of Science and Technology. He is a China Certified Public Accountant.

Phoebe Sun

Vice President

Phoebe has over 8 years of working experience in investment and management
consulting.

Prior to joining Prometheus Capital, she worked as a senior consultant at EY Consulting,
focusing on TMT and consumer sectors. Her deal and portfolio management experiences
include FlashEx, Gusto, Poizon, Amethystum Storage (688086), MoreFun, LELECHA,
Dolphin Family, Dining Concepts and etc.. She is also in charge of mutiple deal exits.

Phoebe received her Master Degree in Finance and Bachelor Degree in Commerce
double majored in Accounting and Finance from University of Melbourne.

Sophia He

Vice President

Sophia has over 9 years of experience in post-investment management and risk control
of equity investments.

Prior to joining Prometheus Capital, she held vice president position at Dingfeng Equity
Investment, she was mainly responsible for post-investment management and
legal affairs. She has participated in fund-raising, investment, post-investment
management and exit of many projects, including Quectel(603236), Berry
Genomics(000710), BOQII, Hanbo High-tech(833994) and etc..

She holds a master's degree in Law and a bachelor's degree in English from
East China University of Science and Technology.

Senior Manager

Shawn Wang has more than 5 years of working experience in investment, strategy & management
consulting.

His portfolio management experiences include Wangbian Electric (603191.SH), Tusimple (NASDAQ: TSP),
Amethystum Storage (688986.SH), Wanda Film (002739.SZ), Victory Contents (XKRX: 210120), ETCP,
Tele-hot, Rescale, Weave, Branch, etc. Prior to joining Prometheus Capital, he worked at PwC
Consulting focusing on Consumer and Retail sectors and provided consulting service to many
leading MNC clients.

Shawn holds a Master of Engineering degree in Materials Science
and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from
East China University of Science and Technology.

Senior Manager

Cris has more than 5 years of experience in VC industry and 2 years entrepreneur
experiences in Singapore.

Prior to joining Prometheus Capital, he was an investment professional at YC partners
focusing on the TMT, Semicon, UAV sectors, F&B consumption. His deal experiences
include kxcomtech(688653.SH),Sinoassist and T-motor.

Cris holds a master degree in innovation from Singapore Management University.

Long Ding

Senior Manager

Long has over 6 years of working experience in investment and sci-tech consulting.

Prior to joining Prometheus Capital, he worked at CCIC London as a senior consultant, and was
a researcher at the Nanoscience Centre, University of Cambridge. His research covers nano
material characterisation and fabrication, AFM/STM, e-beam lithography, and tera-hertz
acoustic wave devices. His deal experience includes Hydron and Grubmarket.

Long holds a Ph.D. in Nanoscience and Technology from the University of Cambridge
and a Bachelor (1st Class Honoured) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from
the University of Bath.

CFO

Qiaoqin has over 20 years of finance experience. She's in charge of finance division
of Prometheus' Beijing office.

Prior to joining Prometheus Capital, She has extensive finance experiences and worked
as a Senior Manager at Yuanguang Software.

Qiaoqin holds an MBA degree and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Beijing Institute
of Technology University.

Fund CFO

Angela has over 15 years of finance experience. She's in charge of RMB and US dollar
funds finance works as well as tax planning.

Prior to joining Prometheus Capital, she worked as Senior Finance Manager in Lion
Finance, Jiangsu Gaoli and several multinational corporations.

Angela holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Yangzhou University.
